*When charged a "Flat Rate" fee, it is a standard two coat process. Any additional work and/or material used will be an additional cost to the client, and a new contract must be created to reflect that additional cost.

*When charged a "Per Sq Foot" fee, it is one solid price and can only be changed if both parties agree and a new contract is created to reflect those changes.

DISCLAIMER:  To remain in accordance with the Painting & Decorating Guidelines and Tolerances, identifying a deficiency can only be deemed as such from a distance no closer than 5’ or 60”
